Terms of Service

Last updated: May 26, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Convrt Sheet ("the Service"), operated by Convrt ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Convrt Sheet is a progressive web application that connects to your Google Sheets account and provides a mobile-optimised interface for coaches and athletes to track workouts. The Service acts as a read/write interface to Google Sheets data you own or have been granted access to.

We do not host, copy, or store your workout data. All data resides in your Google Sheets account, governed by Google's terms and policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a coaching practice or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Authentication

The Service uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for any changes written to your Google Sheets through the Service. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

You may revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access will sign you out of the Service and prevent future access until you re-authenticate.

4. Access Control

Access to the Service may be restricted at the discretion of the service operator. We reserve the right to grant, deny, or revoke access to any user at any time without prior notice. If your access is revoked, you will be notified when you next attempt to use the Service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Signing out will delete your authentication tokens from our servers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to access

7. Coach and Athlete Relationship

The Service enables coaches to share access to workout programming with athletes. If you are a coach using the Service, you are responsible for ensuring that your athletes have consented to share their Google account information with you through the Service, and that your use of athlete data complies with applicable privacy laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Convrt and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own data (workout sheets, programming) accessed through the Service.

Coach-branded instances of the Service display the coach's logo and branding assets. Coaches retain ownership of their branding assets. Convrt retains ownership of the underlying application.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what Google account permissions are requested, how authentication tokens are stored, and how to delete your data.

10. Availability and Modifications

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Convrt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data in your Google Sheets.

13. Contact
