- RPE goal range The prescribed effort is highlighted before your athlete picks a number.
- Notes and skip Athletes can leave their own notes on any lift, and a skipped exercise never loses the rest of the session.

Long-press any big-3 exercise and the app generates a complete warmup, starting from the empty bar and stepping up to your work set in as many sets as you configure.
- Starting weight Begins at the empty bar (20 kg) by default, configurable in settings.
- Number of sets Choose 3, 4, or 5 ramp steps. The coach sets this per athlete.
- Progressive ramp Load increases proportionally each step with matching plate visuals.
- Target cap The final ramp never exceeds your configured percentage of the work set.
